The institution processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU Regulation 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons in the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data).
A person has the right to:
- Receive information about the processing of your personal data;
- Familiarize yourself with your personal data that is stored;
- Request correction of incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete personal data;
- Request deletion (right to be forgotten) of personal data;
- Do not consent to the processing of any personal data related to a specific case;
- Request to restrict the processing of your personal data;
- Receive your personal data in digital format and forward it to another data controller.
The procedure for the implementation of individual rights
- In order to exercise the above-mentioned rights, a person can submit a written request to the institution’s administration (in person, by mail, through a representative, or by means of electronic communications).
- The request must be legible, signed by the person, the request must include: the person’s name, surname, place of residence, contact details and information about which of the above-mentioned rights and to what extent he wishes to exercise them.
- The administration provides an answer to the person no later than within 10 days from the date of submission of the request.
